  1、詞匯技巧：大多數英語詞匯是多義的，翻譯時必須選擇正確的詞義。詞義選擇的方法有三種：根據上下文的搭配選擇、根據詞類選擇、根據專業選擇。在理解英文詞匯的原始意義基礎上，可根據漢語的習慣按引伸義譯出，或用反義詞語譯出，即所謂的正文反譯、反文正譯;英語中很多由動詞轉化而成的名詞、以及動名詞、非謂語動詞等，漢譯時可將它們轉換成動詞。
